My Favorite Healthy Substitution for Mayo!

I wanted to share my substitute for mayo with you ladies!

Have you SEEN the ingredients in mayo? Yikes!!

Even organic ketchup or relish has an alarming amount of sugar included!

SOOO whenever I am making any sort of sandwich (today was an all-natural turkey burger for lunch), I use different variations of this recipe.

Avocado is actually a superfood! It contains vitamin K and folate, lots of pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin C.

It also has twice the potassium of a banana, and contains vitamin E, niacin, and riboflavin. It also aids in leveling out blood sugar levels!

AND my personal favorite - One avocado provides one third of your recommended daily intake of folate, which helps form a baby’s brain and nervous system. So I try to eat this amount every day!
