30 minute workouts and drinking Shakeology daily helped me shed 4 pounds and 4 inches in a month! Please keep in mind, I was working out daily BEFORE I started this program and had hit a plateau of sorts - so this is a HUGE deal for me :) The fact that hubby is working out with me too makes SUCH a huge difference!! :) Get inspired.
