1 farm fresh egg
Olive oil spray
1 tsp agave nectar
Mash banana with a fork. Add egg and mix in well.
Spray pan with olive oil and put on low heat setting.
Wait 2 - 3 minutes and then flip. Once both sides are cooked, remove from heat to avoid burning. Add to plate and drizzle with agave nectar. Pretty awesome! The original recipe calls for 1 whole banana and 2 eggs, but I only had 1 egg on hand. :)
